It's hit or miss if they make your food right. Sometimes the French fries or cold , dried out and stale tasting. When they are fresh they are great! Sometimes the hamburgers taste like they have been reheated or sat under the heating light WAY too long! The buns are all hard, crisp and stale tasting and you can tell the sandwich got reheated. Again, when they are fresh they are good. I asked for a Big Mac with extra SALT.and a large fry. The guy said extra sauce. I said no - "extra salt!" I spelled it out for him. He sat there for a long time, than said a small fry- I said no- a large fry! Got my Big Mac it had so- o much sauce on it that it was dripping wet and soggy! Gross! I couldn't even eat it! Fed it to my dogs! I will say when they make a mistake the managers usually apologize and replace their bad food.

Every time I go to this McDonalds, I end up having to go back to get food that they didn���t put in my bag, or that they got wrong. One time they gave me someone else���s order. I am told that they are supposed to verify each order, but I���m still waiting. We have started going to the other McDonalds on 36, they seem to do a better job.
