One word...Terrible! I waited 25 minutes for a sales associate to help me and no one even said hello. I went there to get some headphones and some cd's for my wife, so I seen 5 sales guys all talking to each other back by the TVs. I walked up the the group of guys to ask one a question about the price of a cd I was interested in, they all turned their back and walked in different directions. I laughed to myself, threw the cd down and walked out of the store. I will never by a damn thing from there ever again. Also, Amazon.com will beat them on price every time. Do Not go to the BB in Avon instead go to Amazon. If you do go to BB try out the item there and then go home and order the same item online (amazon.com). I will wait a few days instead of being treated like sh*t. End of story! Happy shopping and I hope this post helps.
