Dr. Ira Greene's practice specializes in pediatric and adolescent dentistry but can serve patients of all ages, including those with special health care needs. Dr. Greene and his staff structure appointments to the needs of individual patients - from the most basic dental care to complex needs. The practice can treat patients in the office or under general anesthesia in a hospital. Dr. Greene is a member of the faculty at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and has privileges at the University of Connecticut Health Center, Connecticut Children's Medical Center, Saint Francis Hospital and Hartford Hospital. My daughter's early dental visits were extremely hard until we found Dr. Greene. Over time, with patience and understanding, they have really helped her become comfortable and she is perfectly at home in the dentist chair now.
