      The Law Office of F. William O'Connor, LLC has been serving the needs of clients for over 12 years from simple wills and trusts to Medicaid Planning and Elder Law Issues. In addition to being an attorney, I am also a CPA which enables me to look at the client's whole picture, legal and financial. My practice focuses upon estate planning which typically involves drafting wills and trusts for individuals. A significant part of my practice involves counselling clients on the rules and planning techniques involving Medicaid planning and what clients should and should not do in this area. I help individuals and small businesses navigate the IRS and state tax audits and appeals process.
