I have called Appalachian Refrigeration Heating & Cooling several times to service my air conditioner and every time it has been days or even weeks before they even return my call. I can understand them being busy, but taking that long just to return a phone call? I couldn't imagine how long it would take them to actually fix my A/C unit. There is one bright spot though--they're not the only game in town.
