I am currently staying in what I have named the shire(Lord of the Rings reference for those of you who didnt know). The reason I call this place the shire because the ceiling is about 6'3" high. Well if I where a hobbit it wouldnt be a problem but I happen to be 6'0". The door coming in to this place all nothing short of 5' tall. Yes 5' tall so that mean to get into here you basically crawl. Now I gave them 1 star becasue the internet worked but for the total rent of $3200 you would expect they at least change the batteries in the remotes. The upstairs apartment is nice. This place I would not rent to college kids. Let me discribe the inside of the apartment the sewer pipes for the upstairs are visable and I hear the water running through them when they flush the toilet. The floors I wouldnt allow my dog to sleep on. At this point I have no other choice but to stay (not for me for my children) but please watch very carefully when renting from them. 147 12th Avalon!!!!!!!
