Our full-time employees handle the critical phases of construction like framing the house.   “ I am not sure we officially said “thank you” for the projects you and your team have completed. Our life moves at a crazy fast pace and often times the obvious is overlooked. That being said, we wanted to express how pleased we are with the renovations and new shed/porches. Our beach home is a respite from the insane daily life we live and the areas of the home you and your team transformed changed the way we enjoy our calmer days here in Avalon. The boys bathroom shower has been a great addition this year. Dan has always “been on the ball” answering any and all concerns/questions. We know this was not a very large project but we never felt that any detail was overlooked. We look forward to working with you again in the near future.

  “ Robin and I have been in the house for approximately a month. What a spectacular place! I wanted to drop you this line to let you know how absolutely delighted I have been with the process that we have been through to get to this point. As you know, Robin and I bought this house with the idea of living in it for a while to decide exactly what we wanted to do with it. Unfortunately, because of circumstances beyond our control, we had to make that decision early. That prompted us to meet with you and set a timetable and a plan to put together our house at 74 East 11th Street, Avalon. There were many things about the process with you that were very rewarding for me personally. First and foremost, your professionalism is outstanding. Secondly, you have a wonderful way with people and you clearly understand the issues that people go through when building a place like a vacation home. Finally, you have clearly assembled an extremely talented group of artisans to build your homes. Every single feature of our home is spectacular! You did a wonderful job. Robin and I had some basis of comparison of our experience with you. We did renovate our home in Villanova about 10 years ago. It was our first project in that regard and we did learn some lessons. However, there is no comparison to the process that we went through with you. From the very beginning, you set out a very detailed plan and timetable for our house. You made it clear what we could expect. You also helped guide us through some issues that we did not anticipate with regard to roofing specifications and other issues that we would not have known without your expertise. As you also know, Robin and I interviewed several builders at Avalon and I am sure that we could have been happy with any of them. However, I am absolutely delighted that we chose you. I actually feel as though I have established a friendship that will last the rest of our lives in Avalon. I cannot tell you how much I personally appreciate the personal touch and interest that you took in our home.
