      Oral Surgeon Austin Thank you for considering the office of Dr. Steve Widner. Our doctor is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. We specialize in the removal of wisdom teeth and other tooth extractions, dental implants, treatment of jaw deformities and facial injuries to restore function with reconstructive and cosmetic solutions. Additionally, we specialize in orthognathic surgery (OGS), temporomandibular joint surgery (TMJ), and diseases of the jaw and facial structure.
