I purchased a package off of Groupon and all reviews have been similar to mine. This is a one manoutfit inside of a salon, while he was very polite it was an unusual setup. THe place was closed entirely but he met me there for the appointment and after the process was started he would come back and check on me periodically.



The issue is that the procedure was performed incorrectly according to corporate staff and even according to the video. I was not providedprotective glasses from the light and the subsequent procedure did not include new gel as recommended. All in all my teeth were no whiter than before the process, very disappointing.

I was having dinner with some good friends one evening; our server had the whitest teeth I had ever seen. I asked her if I could ask her a personal question and she said sure!
