So today was my first time going to this Sonic and it will be my last. I admit it was my mistake because I ordered the wrong thing. I ordered the family size order of popcorn chicken instead of ordering the boneless BBQ wings I had been seeing in the commercials. I ask the manager Roxanne if I can come back and simply pay the difference and get what I actually want. She tells me she can discount the wings but can't refund me for the popcorn chicken. Brilliant decision! Now instead of repeat revenue from a customer that she made happy who admits it was my mistake. Now she loses a customer for life. Great management! !
