08/04/14 Find it strange that they will not quote a price for DME items, but rather say they will only file insurance. If you'd like to pay cash (not check/not CC) out-of-pocket, you can't. They tell you it's corporate policy not to accept cash. They were low bidder and got the Medicare contract; why? If possible to rate with NO STARS, that's what the rating would be.

If you depend on oxygen DO NOT go with this company! I have been without liquid oxygen since Friday and today is Monday. How can they possibly let this happen? I called today and was told it would be Wednesday before they get a concentrator that I could use for home fill. Seriously, don't go with this company.
AAA supplied a bed at a nursing home/assisted living residence where my mother currently lives. They provided the bed for two months last summer (2012) as we transitioned Mom to the residence. In August she received her own bed and the rental one was returned to AAA. Sadly, they have continued to bill Medicare, United Healthcare & Mom $200 per month and after repeated phone calls, we are still getting billed as of June 2013! No one seems to be able to replace a missing "return ticket" that cannot be located so the billing continues. Really???

I am a therapist and ordered a piece of equipment for a patient through AAA. I was told it would be no problem but then once it wasn't delivered, I called to check on the status. I was told by the Austin office that the patient needed to have it delivered by the San Marcos office. I called the San Marcos office and they said it is supposed to come from the Austin office. Once that was straightened out, a couple days later the equipment still wasn't delivered. I called and they said it was on back-order and would arrive by Wed/Thurs. Fri morning it still wasn't there. Then I called and they said it wasn't on back-order but that they were waiting for a signed physician order... which the MD had already faxed twice! Monday evening, it STILL wasn't delivered. All they have are excuses and I will NEVER use this company again. No customer service and complete slackers without any REAL care for patients.
I have been dealing with AAA for about five years. I have always had good results with them caring for my C-PAP. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I have had a hard time with this company. Every time I call I get a different answer. Each time they have a later date as to when they are going to deliver the replacement parts. They told me from the beginning that they would automatically have the replacement parts sent and that never happened. Each time I would have to call between 2 and 4 times to have anything done. They would only send half of what they were supposed to send and I would have to make due with parts that are supposed to be changed every 2 weeks and have to use it for over a month or just do with out. Their service is poor and have an excuse each time and say that the parts warehouse keeps changing the date they send out the replacement parts. I have been very disappointed with their service how much they really don't care about the customer and it isn?t anything like their motto on their business cases We care about patient care, it sure doesn't seem that way at all.
