Tried to get their online testing done, my new computer would not work with their format. The owner said I could take the tests at their place, and that it would take 3-4 hours. Their system crashed and I was there for 5 hours and I still could not finish testing. I was left for 40 minutes in the main area and ignored while the staff answered phones and greeted new people. This was a terrible place, avoid Remedy, save your self for better agencies
