The reliable molded pulp void (MPV) is a biodegradable void form designed to replace assembled corrugated void forms commonly used beneath concrete foundations requiring a void space DUE to expansive soils. The reliable MPV has the following advantages over traditional corrugated or carton voids: 1) water resistant. 2) NO Assembly. 3) "break to FIT". 4) faster and more simple to layout than carton voids. 5) easier to handle and store. 6) less risk of collapse. 7) lower total COST RELIABLE void form. LLC products work AS temporary structure when pouring concrete slabs or foundations. The reliable MPV is designed to support the grade beam or structural slab until it has SET and CAN support itself across drilled piers. Pads. Intermittent footings. Or other concrete work. The MPV is designed to gradually absorb moisture and lose strength SO that the soil CAN expand without causing damage to the cured concrete. Additionally. The MPV is designed with void spaces to allow expansion while the form is weakening.
