David the Manager at Reliable is very easy to talk to and pretty darn good at explaining the whole rebuild process. He fixed up my Dodge Durango for me. It's old with a lot of miles but get's me everywhere so it was hard being without it while it got rebuilt but it drives like it's brand new now. I couldn't be happier with the service and pricing.
Reliable Transmissions definitely deserves 5 stars in my books. They worked on my Chevy Suburban, rebuilt the transmission, installed a new radiator, and charged up my AC for me. All around great company here, with a wide variety of repairs at great prices.
I've gone to Reliable a few times now for a few different repairs. The first time, they rebuilt my transmission, and now I've gone back to get some new brake pads, and my AC charged. They're really friendly and easy to deal with, so I've been going there for other repairs because I can trust them.
Really nice people that work here! They are straight-shooters - I never felt like I was being lied to or taken for a ride. They even showed me the damaged parts of my transmission! Really great time working with them, it went better than my previous experiences with car repair shops.
I would have to agree with the other reviews before me, I came to this shop based on David's professional and knowledgeable understanding of transmissions and also having seen positive reviews for this shop online. Overall, I had a very good experience here with a transmission repair that I needed and am glad that I went with this shop. I could not recommend them enough, they really were pleasant to work with.
My Dad used this shop a few months ago to rebuild his Ram so I went here also because he only had good things to say about them. They gave me a very fair price for my truck also so it all worked out great.
Well just my luck my Volvo transmission started acting up a week before I was suppose to drive out of state to visit my family. What are the odds?!?! Thankfully, David and his team really came through for me and got my transmission fixed before I needed to leave. I was SO happy and pleased! These guys are the best!
I've got to say, this was one of my better auto repair experiences. They took care of me and my Audi TT and were very upfront the entire process. I never had to wonder how things were going, they called to keep me informed. My repair bill was less than the dealership which was great news, the dealership was ridiculous. So glad my TT is driving like the day I bought it again!!
When my Audi A6 started slamming hard between 1st and 2nd I was pretty nervous about what was happening to my car. I have had it for a few years now without any issues at all, and although it has quite a bit of miles the car always drove great. Anyways, I did some research online and saw that Reliable has a north shop but just opened this shop which is closer to where I live. I liked that they had free towing because I stopped driving it after the harsh shifts. I didn't want to cause anymore damage then what was already done. So the towing was free and the inspection was free, everything was starting out on the right foot. David gave me a call with what they found, and the parts that he told me were damaged were consistent to the research I had done online myself. His prices were reasonable and payment plans worked well for me. As a young professional who just graduated, this repair really didn't have the best timing. But anyways, just everything from start to finish went smooth and pain free. David is great, he made this experience not so bad after all.
Definitely recommend Reliable to anyone that needs transmission work! They fixed up my Chevy Avalanche for me at an awesome price and pretty darn fast too.
I wouldn't go anywhere else besides Reliable for my car repairs! Not only did they do my transmission rebuild, I also had them replace my radiator and and engine oil change. A few repairs with them and not one issues, this shop is awesome.
My Cadillac DTS transmission went out on me and I was pretty frantic about how to go about fixing it and the cost. The pricing at Reliable was less than the other three shops that I called to and also they definitely seemed more friendly over the phone. They were very professional people and this was a professional shop.
These guys were awesome when my wife needed transmission work on her BMW 535i and we had never needed transmission work before. I wasn't sure what to expect or how getting our car back running would work, but they were actually really helpful and explained the whole process, even let me see the damaged parts too. These guys were very open and honest.
