Beware of them. They seem like they really care and are so friendly at first, then BOOM. I suffered a mild heart attack with partial stroke which left some temporary paralization and have had to be hospitalized, undergo extensive rehabilitation, etc., since the last of June when it occurred. I called their office to let them know that I would have to send my payment as I was not allowed to drive (this was for my July payment - just out of the hospital) - they did not care. I was told by the gentleman "I do not mean to sound COLD but you need to make your payment" - I was NOT asking to miss my payment - I was telling them I would have to mail. I have had to do this every month since due to rehab and they call me every month wondering when - I have made all my payments within the 10 day window allowed. They absolutely do NOT give a hoot about their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone NO one. NOT even my enemy
