*BAD experience!* They arrived way too early before the scheduled time. We were not yet ready for them, but they insisted on getting started. Evidently they needed the extra time because they took an excessively long time to complete the inspection as if it were their very first inspection, ever. They failed to close an exterior electric panel cover which went unnoticed for a couple days of heavy rain and contributed to an expensive electric breaker problem to the swimming pool pump. Pillar to Post ought to stick with inspecting only pillars & posts, and leave actual home inspecting to the real professionals.
