Claudia (who I regrettably assumed was a nurse) without consent administered a Flu Mist vaccine to my 2 month old (Flu Mist is meant for people that are 2 years and older. There are no studies on the effects it has on babies under 6 months). She didn't inform anyone of her error, she never intended on telling anyone at all despite potentially fatal consequences to my baby. I went back three days later to have my baby's lungs checked. They put Claudia in the room with us again.She stood in front of me making excuses and told me to "curse" her out.

The office manager, Nika, comes into the exam room REEKING of cigarette smoke, refused to show me Claudia's credentials or verbally assure me that this woman was a licensed medical professional, said Claudia was their best medical assistant, argued with me in front of other parents accusing me of coming back to their office to argue with her, aggressively spoke over me, gave me a false last name, tried to persuade me against reporting Claudia

Beware of this pediatric group! Dishonesty among doctor/staff member and Ridiculous protocols (dealing with a sick doctor during our appt).

Our family just moved out of state to Austin and needed to quickly get an appointment for our daughter's 15 month check-up. Unfortunately, I didn't have all my records at this office (it was the end of December), but they accepted me for the well baby check-up, but refused to vaccinate my daughter without her shot records (understandable). I know my insurance is a bit finicky, so I specifically asked if I would get charged for returning to just get her vaccines and was told "no" since it would just be for vaccines. A month later, I get a bill - for an office visit, even though I specifically asked if I would get charged for returning. Unbelievable!! I spoke with the office manager who kindly told me she would look into the situation. I was called back a week later (after multiple calls to follow-up) and they played the 5th and told me the charge was what it was and that's that. I can't believe that after proactively asking about being charged I was told one thing to my face and was told another later on. I can't trust a group like this. I don't have the money or time to spend with a dishonest group like this.



One other note. I did take my daughter to a sick baby appointment and while there, the doctor seeing my baby was wearing a face mask because SHE WAS SICK HERSELF!!!! How horrible to go to the doctor with an already sick baby and get greeted by more germs and a doctor who scared my baby with an awful face mask!
