Their philosophies on how to interact with kids and how they develop and learn is way off. They need to be more interactive with the children and spend less time sitting around chatting or on smoke breaks. They need to update their facilities - many of the toys come from garage sales and they need to pay their teachers more. It is worth it to pay more at a different facility.
