Our company used Link Staffing for a 5k race that we put on this last month in Austin, TX. I was very disappointed with them. For this company i would say that you get the service that you pay for. They had the best prices around by far but their customer service sucked. We specifically worked with Angel Gallegos and I could never get a hold of him when i needed to and when i did he would say he was working on getting us more help but we never got any. I specifically sent him a schedule of when we needed people and how many we needed and he sent me girls when i asked for strong men, they didn't show up on time and not everyone showed up. The other days we never had the right amount of people even after i complained and finally got a hold of Angel. The labor was pretty good comparatively but i was pretty disappointed when a group that said they would come back the next day didn't come. For us a Labor Company is key to our events going smoothly and getting setup/taking down in a timely manner. We did however also use this company in Dallas, TX the following week as it was our only option and after telling them of our Austin experience theirs was a great deal better but we still had days where people didn't show up. I will never again use this company for labor and I highly recommend that others don't as well. You will be very disappointed with the Austin branch and if anything don't work with Angel! I work with Labor companies all around the country and this was by far the worst company I've ever worked with! They are extremely unorganized, very uncaring and very unprofessional.
