Unfortunately I can't give even a slightly acceptable review. Very dissatisfied with the level of service extended to me. My issue was simple. Took in a 2cyl lawn blower to get restrung, it's covered under the 2 yr warranty, was told a 4-7 day turn around time. Called back on the eighth day to check status. Was told the starter was out. Only needed to be restrung mind you but now the starters out? Was then told they'll call me back with a status. A week later called back to check the status, was told the mechanic was in an accident and wouldn't be back to work for a week. Called back a week later to check the status. Same response. Was sensitive to the mechanics issue so gave him another week. Called back to check the status, NO PROGRESS from previous weeks. Not once was I ever called by anyone at Lindsays' to inform me of they're issues, not once did they apologize for the inconvenience. Here we are going on 5 weeks just to have a starter restrung and still haven't received a call and obviously no blower yet. BEWARE!

I have been there two times to get my lawnmower fixed over the past two years. Both times, the mechanics who helped me and my wife, have been Austin friendly, very knowledgable and quick. Neither I nor my wife were charged for re-setting the choke (the first time) and draining the oil (the second time - my fault - I greatly overfilled the oil) and putting in the right size spark plug (Lowe's had steered me wrong on the size of the spark plug on a lawnmower they sold to me - too big!) and installing a new air filter. I was only charged for the parts, and the parts were reasonably priced. I recommend Lindsay's highly.
