If you can avoid working with Renee then do so. She is very unprofessional and only cares about making a sale. She will lie to you and not respond to calls or texts. I am very disappointed with her service. She messed up policy dates and names, told me she would fix her mistakes, but never did. I had to reach out to insurance myself to get things corrected, and the other insurance had no documents or notes of her ever calling in or requesting changes. She has excuses of being away from her desk or not able to find reference numbers. Save yourself the disappointment and stress that comes with dealing with her.
