We responsibly source the world's best coffees, roast them to perfection, and serve them with southern hospitality in East Austin. Founded in 2015 by husband-wife duo Trey Cobb and Khanh Trang, we're committed to giving back to our community with each roast; for every 12 ounces of coffee, we donate a portion to three local non-profit partners. We believe a good cup of coffee shouldn't be a secret, so we built a state-of-the-art training lab where we teach coffee classes, Specialty Coffee Association modules, host tastings, team building, and much more!
