I agreed on a way reduced rate of $150/room for their personal home/model home in order to get my name out as a faux painter and they argued and never finished paying me for the rooms when they didnt think a hallway should be considered a room because it broke their budget, and they wanted free touch-ups. I had completed multiple rooms before this difference of opinion came about and dont get credit for the beautiful work I did nor do I have pictures of the finished furnished product for my portfolio. It says alot about them to argue over a VERY minimal amount per room I asked them to pay me considering that if they were paying full price they would not be able to afford me yet they will pass the finished product over as something they paid alot for. I dont recommend them as they are enjoying the benifits of ripping someone off who worked really hard for nothing in return. I have a well established faux finishing business but its of no thanks to them.
