My picture showed up without a hanger...almost 6 months later their service department couldn't figure out how to get me one so my picture lays here against the wall on the floor..!!!
I purchased a Groupon for $50 to spend on merchandise at the site. When I put in my Groupon code, the prices immediately increased. After more than an hour on the phone with two customer service reps (disconnected the first time after a long wait), and a manager. I was told that two offers could not be combined. It was never made clear that the ONLY prices on the site would change, and the prices are ALWAYS "discounted." The kicker: the amount I would pay with no Groupon was CHEAPER than with one. Not a deal, it is incredibly dishonest!
I was told by the manager that the prices change depending on what link you use. I was also told that Groupon had very strict limitations on what could be done. If it was another promotion, they might be able to do something about it. When I suggested that it was actually the company that made these decisions, I was told "the system wouldn't allow any changes." Price changes and inability to do the right thing--that's just wrong.
