Bryker Woods Elementary School is recognized by the Texas Education Agency and provides academic classes to students in kindergarten through grade six. It has a parent-teacher association that organizes and supports various school activities, events and programs, as well as works to strengthen public education through parent and community involvement. The school imparts academic education in science, social studies, math, reading, music, art, creative writing, life skills, computer applications and physical education. It is a part of the Austin Independent School District, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Bryker Woods Elementary School has been operational for more than 65 years and is located in Austin, Texas.
