They do not know what follow thru means. I was scheduled for a home visit to dress a wound and everytime I called they kept stating we will page the nurse. I waited all day and no one came. The hospital stated this care was of highest priority to prevent complication. I finally gave up. If I had known it was this much trouble, I would have insisted, I would only go to doctors office to have this done. If I change it myself, then they lecture me, but can't seem to keep there own commitments for my care.
