Wow, after reading such angry reviews, I find it hard to believe this was under the supervision of Marvin. I have known Marvin for many, many years and he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mechanical diagnostics and will go a bit further by making suggestions. As far as attitude, I believe that Marvin would assist in correcting the problem and, Hence, retaining the customer rather than get in an argument over the problem. He would also go a step above to make you happy. Of course if you weren't happy you could always file a complaint with the local BBB. As for myself and my family, we would happily recommend Beck Auto Electric to others and plan to do so in the future. If however Marvin Duke is not managing or overseeing the problem, I would go else where. Always remember in any business there is a chain of command. If you aren't satisfied then submit your complaint in writing to the company owner and I'm sure the outcome will be different.Regards, Mary Munoz-Davis
