      Aviva is a unique approach to long-term weight loss. People often say, I know what I need to do, I just don’t do it. Aviva bridges the gap between knowing how to lose weight and losing it. This is not a diet program. Drastic changes in eating generally produce results… but those changes are hard to maintain. Anything people go on they go off, and often people plateau, or gain back even more than they initially lost. Restrictions lead to shame, guilt, and, ultimately, failure. We want people to live a full life, not deprived of what they enjoy, but finding more enjoyment in what they have. The Aviva program combines hypnosis and therapy with nutrition education to provide a supportive, effective, and safe transition to a healthy lifestyle.
