I buy a ticket online, and i get to the pick up point 40 minutes before and wait and wait and wait and the bus doesnt show up and when i call to see whats going on, they told me thats a system error, because they dont stop in my city. Why they sold me a ticket with a fake address if they doesnt stop at the check point they give me on the ticket.
