Superior Service - I brought my Samsung flat screen TV your shop yesterday to have it repaired, which it was repaired very quickly, and I was able to take it home within hours. I just wanted to bring to your attention the excellent service that I received from your tv repairman and the secretary. He came out from the workshop to explain his tv repair to me, and not only was he informative and competent but he was extremely professional, courteous, and personable. He is an excellent representative of your company and if I ever need future service, I will definitely call Austin TV Repair. Too often in life we are quick to register complaints, but it is equally important to recognize superior service. Therefore, it was important to me to bring this to your attention. My TV was repaired very quickly and I feel very confident that your tv repairman did a great job for a reasonable price.

I recently was experiencing trouble with my projection tv. After calling several larger tv repair companies I found Austin TV Repair on a search engine and gave them a call. Their price for a diagnostic was much less than anyone. They were friendly on the phone and had a very promt time available to come out to my house. I was given a 1 hour window that same day rather than 4 hours that some other companies expect you to sit around and wait for them to show up when it is convenient for them. They came to my house promptly during the time specified. The repairman was extremely curteous and fixed the problem promptly. The cost was much less than we anticipated needing to spend and he was also very helpful with other useful information. I am always leary of using companies without having much knowledge of their reputation, and this was a winning situation for us. I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs TV repair help.
