I had an appointment last week and during my my appointment everything was great. However, when I checked out that completely changed. I was told to wait for someone to go over my treatment with me. I have to say that she is the loudest, rudest person I have ever encountered. All I wanted was a little help on understanding my insurance and she continued to belittle me as if I was a child, she even raised her voice so that everyone could hear. I have been a patient with you for some time now. And I have also referred many family members and friends. And I will never step foot back in there. I feel obligated to inform my family members and friends also. I have always felt welcomed by the staff there but now it's completely different with this woman present. I need to admit that I thought about just letting this go but it has been bothering me so I think I need to let someone know. I don't know who reads these comments but I surely hope something gets done about this. I do feel the need

Friendly, Fast, and Informative. The women at the front desk were sweet. Krystal was very good with my son, nice personality, I felt at ease with her handling my son. Dr. Reza A. was also great. He explained everything, my son loved it. We will be going back soon. They are flexible With scheduling. I would definitely refer others. Nothing but good to say. Great experience.

I have had nothing but awesome experiences with Austin Family and Pediatric Dentistry. The staff is very friendly and comfortable to be around. I felt that Dr Ochoa was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that previous dentists had missed or not mentioned. After diagnostic work was done, my first procedure was a rootcanal and it was the smoothest, most gentle process ever! I was so nervous it would hurt but i can honestly say i have NEVER been in any pain in their office-they are that good! They also have very affordable rates and a discount program which makes no insurance no problem! :)
