The guys at Apple Moving have helped me move two times in the past 3 years. Once was a local move from an apartment to a house on the 3rd floor (complete with some interesting stairs to maneuver). They came with two guys (i can't remember their names), but they were quick and worked really hard. I think one of them was a military veteran. The other move was just a quick unloading of a Uhaul truck. It took my girlfriend and I days to get everything loaded in the truck... and took the 4 man crew about 40 minutes to unload. Again, the team was quick, professional, and careful with our belongings.
