An Independent Me (AIM) is a living experience for people with developmental disabilities that want purpose and meaning in their lives. AIM provides a safe and thriving environment that uses scientifically validated techniques and curriculum which creates meaningful jobs, supports education opportunities, provides on-the-job-training and job coaching, and teaches life skills for the best independence possible. This is not a sheltered workshop. This is an extraordinary group home with an emphasis on vocational, educational and life skills training designed specifically for the needs of those with Aspergers/Autism.
