Took in a $6.90 piece of glass that Lowe's miss cut by 1/4". They said it would take 5min to do. Took over 20min. They charged me $20 to trim off 1/4" on MY GLASS THAT I BROUGHT IN. I won't be using them again.

Highly recommend. Had the glass i needed in stock and was installed in under 30 minutes with no surprises and are open on weekends. Thanks.

My car front driver side Glass and window regulator needed to be replaced.I called around looking for the best deal and chose Ace discount glass they replaced my window and regulator.A couple of weeks later my window when i tried to push the button my window would roll down half way then fall forward off track. when i called ace they asked me what kind of car i had i told them a toyota corolla there excuse was that happens sometimes to those vehicles. when i told him i just had it fixed i wanted them to fix there mistake since i paid almost 400 for the window and regulater he told me he could fix it for a price i told him they pay to fix it since they made the mistake he told me he didn't have to pay for or fix the window so i would not recommend going to ace glass because if want it fixed right .

They installed my quickly, but did damage to my vehicle in the process. When I went in person to report the damage they claim they didn't do it. I must have done this. I proceed to a body shop and they claim the damage was from the inside out not the other way around. Very disappointed customer.

Highly not recommended. very unaccomodating over the phone.
