We have been working with A Deal (Arnold) and his family run business for over 5 years, these guys are always our go to plumbers for every issue, dependable, affordable, trustworthy, always follows up by EOD, and we all know that is not the case with many. Arnold has worked on all of our houses here in Austin downtown and NW Hills - has always been a great experience.
I had a HUGE leak and after calling multiple businesses and 2 no shows i decided to go with a local business. I spoke with Arnold and he was very responsive. I am soo happy and can't praise them enough for their help!
Had an external leak. Because we are far east Austin not many plumbers come out here and those that do charge an arm and a leg. Arnold was great. He came by after 5pm, advised the problem, gave a quote, dug up the pipe and completed the job all in 3 hours. His price was very resonable.
Best service. Arnold asked good questions to get to the root of my plumbing issues. Very affordable. Honest. Arrives on-time. On budget. Very helpful. Since then I have had him and his crew do a drywall project, installed bathroom tile (floor & shower), etc. I have recommended him to my friends.

Of all the service professionals we have dealt with while renovating our home, Arnold from ADeal has been the best. His prices are competitive, and his professionalism made my wife and I feel comfortable. The assessment of our plumbing replacement was great. Arnold made it clear to me about what parts or our system didn't need replacement and which parts did. From there it was a prompt, efficient follow through. Our water tasted better, and our water pressure was great after he finished. You can't go wrong with this guy.

I got estimates from a lot of plumbers for my complicated project - finding why my washing machine waste line kept clogging up year after year, and backing up into my kitchen line. Arnold was very knowledgable and professional, whereas others seemed like they were only guessing and throwing out a ridiculous bid. He was great at explaining what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. He is thorough and an honest straight shooter with a great work ethic. I ended up having to run a new waste line around my house - no small project. I will and have recommended Arnold to any of my friends in search of a plumber.
