Ellis Middle School, located in Austin, Minn., offers a variety of educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades six through eight. It is affiliated with the Austin Public Schools. The institution has an enrollment of more than 900 students. It provides various subjects, including English, mathematics, science, social studies, arts, computers, fine arts, music, and health and physical education. The school also offers various sports activities, such as baseball, softball, volleyball, cross country, and track and field. Its library has a large collection of fiction and nonfiction books, dictionaries of various world languages, encyclopedias and atlases.
