Operating since 2007, The Good Samaritan Society-Comforcare specializes in short-term, subacute rehabilitation for patients needing therapy following hospitalization as a result of an illness, surgery or accident. Located in Austin, Minn., the center provides private rooms with bathrooms, showers, private telephones, satellite TV and many other amenities. It offers various home care, medical as well as non-medical services. The center is part of The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, a Christian social ministry serving in more than 230 locations around the United States.
