Puckett EMS operates as the provider of 911 emergency services for the southwest Cobb County. Based in Austell, Ga., it offers a range of services, such as critical care transport and advanced life support/basic life support (ALS/BLS) nonemergency services. The Puckett EMS bike team provides a rapid response bicycle unit that is capable of providing first response emergency medical care. Its Critical Care Transport (CCT) Program has been developed to address a growing need among metro Atlanta facilities for critical care nurse- and paramedic-attended transport of patients requiring continuous advanced monitoring and treatment.
