The product does not live up to the advertised claims of a low maintenance seal that will leave my tile like new for a lifetime. A lifetime warranty accompanied the purchase of this product. Within a year and a half my tile and grout became discolored. Therefore I contacted the company owner. He visited my home and said Clark County had hard water which allowed soap scum to build up and that's why it was happening. He said the issue with my floors was also related to lack of cleaning. I cleaned my surfaces every two weeks with their own cleaner. His recommendation was to come out and do a deep cleaning which costs $250. A Perma Treat employee came out and attempted to clean the tile and was not successful. If this product does what it is suppose to do, why couldn't the employee restore the tile and grout "back to new" as they advertise.
