The company maintains a partnership with Eaton Corporation as a fully authorized distributor for Eaton, Char-Lynn, Hydro-Line and Vickers products. The company was founded in 1983 and is located in Aurora, Ohio. It moved its facilities from Solon, Ohio, to Aurora in 1995.
