I have to agree with the previous comment of how rude it is for the employees to ignore customers and talk in asian the ENTIRE time. I have been a customer for about 3-4 years and up until last week i only went there maybe once a month because of how convinient it was to my home not because of the customer service. As of last week they have been adding more customer service into their business and i see some improvement so i might keep going there but they still have alot of work to do to make customers feel welcome and for the business to grow. I know this won't happen until they stop their personal phone calls and speaking in asian to one another while customers are present making the customers feel ignored and uncomfortable like I do.

Today I went in for a full set and pedicur Lady never said Hello.From the time she started my pedicure and did my nails she was on the phone to her love mate the whole 2 hrs.This is so unprofessional and totally un acceptable.When she wanted me to move she just gestured to me. I have never not tipped anyone, ever.She did get $4.00,simply because I was so upset I did not want to ask her for change.I used the $50.00 gift certificate my husband gave me for Christmas and I gave her $25.00,I had no ones.My bill was $71.00.This was the most ridiculous situation I have ever incounterd.I do not know her name because she never talked to me.She was the person who wore her hair pinned up and sat at the first desk behind the cash register.There was just the 2 Ladies,the other Lady wore her hair down.I'm very disapointed location was very convenient for me.I will not be back.I have been in sales for over 30 yrs.This was sooo wrong.
