Went in for information regarding an LLC for two different businesses. I was not charged a fee for his time, which was great because a lot of companies will charge just for a sit down. He took the time and explained to me the advantages and disadvantages. Was very helpful in my decision making. I elected to use his services for my businesses accounting and tax preparations.

went in for tax information regarding carry backs. Was not interested in helping me nor did he show the proffessionalism that I had expected. Would not recommend this acct. Was rude and obnoxious.
