Horrible Experience

I was there to get a haircut that was advertized outside their door as 5.99, for which I was charged $12. My girl got her eyebrows "done" which were advertized as $5 for threadded eyebrows, and we were charged $8. When we were paying we asked about the special and why the upcharge, to which the cashier responded specials are only sundays. Hilarious, because we had asked when we walked in about the specials posted outside their door and the response was, "yes, those are the specials". It would have been beneficial to clarify that those weren't the specials for that day.



Overlooking the false advertisement, and the bad attitude, the hairstylist there are new and unexperienced. So my girl left the place with irritated skin and loop sided eyebrows. They should have just removed them entirely for that matter. My haircut was reasonable, given I gave specific instructions, and had to walk the stylist on how to cut my hair. Even so, the hairline was not defined at all.



Helen no longer handles clients, its all her hired staff. So sad to have this business go down the drain. Well there you have it folks, try at your own risk. Be forewarned.

Helen was talented and friendly. I got a good haircut for a great price. I'll be going back.
