Very good service, highly recommend coming here to get anything done. They are always busy all year, which shows that people like me, are glad to come back to get wear fixed.

I brought a pair of Uggs to have new soles put in because they were worn. They originally told me 35.00 but when I brought the boots back it was now 40.00. I paid the 40 dollars and when I got my boots back they were crooked. When I wear them my feel slump to the outer edge of the boots. When you look at the soles you can see they are crooked. I did not notice this till I got home and tried to wear them. I tried them on, walked in my house a few steps and noticed how uncomfortable they were. I brought them back to the shop and they treated my like an idiot. He said I wore them out by walking on them........Um.....I walked a few steps in my house. I have NOT worn them yet. I didnt even wear them outside. How could I have worn them out? He said he would shave the bottoms of them but how ghetto is that? I could have done that. He just kept talling me its my fault for how I walk. I am never going here again. I have taken shoes here in the past but these must be new owners or something. DO NOT GO AND WASTE YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR SHOES!!!

We have been taking repair jobs to this shop for years, always with outstanding results at reasonable prices. The latest job was a pair of Doc Marten sandals that were in hopeless condition – at least that is what I thought. Result: The sandals are now more comfortable than ever, and my wife (a discerning artist) was convinced I had replaced them with a new pair – truly amazing craftsmanship.
