Worst customer service EVER. My wife and myself ordered glasses (Buy one get one free offer) and it still cost us over $800. We were told they would be ready in 7 days. We called 7 days later, they weren't ready. We called the day after and was told my wifes were ready but mine weren't. I called the day after and was told mine were broken in the making. They said they would call me and get them to me asap. I went into the store and complained that nobody had informed me about anything. They said they should arrive in 3 days, they didn't. I called the store the next morning and was informed they had arrived. I went to collect them and had to have them adjusted slighty as they were very loose fitting. The woman then slightly bent the frame to make them fit and said is that it and said have a good day. Please be advised if you want great customer service after paying out lots of money, DON'T GO HERE.

I went in to have a screw tightened. The clerk fixed the screw then mistakenly cleaned my glasses with acetone. The company refuses to replace the problem by saying they are not responsible for their employees mistakes.
