I have been looking for the right combination of superb work, friendly service, & great prices in a nail salon. Rose Nails in Aurora, CO fit each category very nicely!

You are greeted warmly upon arrival, & treated the same throughout your time there. Kim gives me the absolute BEST pedicure I have ever experienced. I work on my feet long hours, & thus have serious ingrown toenails / callouses. Kim takes care of these issues thoroughly, yet as gently as possible. She gives a wonderful foot massage each time. Prices are very fair. Tami, the owner, is just great as well.. These ladies convey true customer service & hospitality. Very occasionally there might be brief mention of other services offered, but never a "hard-sell" atmosphere -- which is why I stopped frequenting another salon. I look forward to seeing Tami & Kim...I believe you will also.

After having bad experiences in quite a few nail salons in Aurora I tried Rose's Nail Salon after seeing the good review here. I was not disappointed! Tammy was warm, friendly and professional.

I went into several other salons, even with an appointment and was made to wait 15 minutes after other clients came in wanting less time consuming things done. While I realize that some things like eyebrow waxing do not take as long, I feel that an appointment should be honored and the other person should have to wait for ME to finish since I made the appointment.

Other places seated me, only to have long waits or rude nail techs. I explained to one nail person that my thumb joint hurt because I have arthritis but she still was not very gentle in this area.

I have had high pressure to try another more expensive type of nails and have had an extra $3.00 added on to the posted price to have my nails trimmed (who doesn't want there nails trimmed)??

Some salons were dirty and there was not a good selection of polishes.

None of these things occurred at Rose's Nail Salon. Tammy said that she appreciated me telling her about my bad experiences so that she could provide me with good service.

She explained about gel nails without a "hard sell" approach and I am pleased with how my nails look.

I will continue to go back for this good customer service that Tammy provided.
