We scheduled an appt. as late in the day as possible, so my wife would not have to miss work. (She left work an hour early as it was). She arrived 6 minutes late and had some things left over to "check off" on her paperwork. This "care provider" forced her to re-schedule. My wife's condition is not an emergency, but urgent. So much for: "I believe each patient deserves to receive the highest quality care from a compassionate and understanding physician and staff who always focus on your complete and continuous health." We are going to a different doctor!!!

I've had great experience with this office. My old GYN retired and I decided I would try going to a woman instead. The atmosphere is pleasant and homey and I have had wonderful care from Dr. Larson-Ohlsen.

My current visit with colorado complete was a different one. Dr. Donner and her MA were great, nice, polite and spent time with me. It was like talking with old friends only the end result was I was being taken care of. However, I would say that the front office person lacked knowledge,seemed to be overwhelmed in her position. At times she seemed to be occupied with everyone else's job than her own. I would still recommend this office, for the doctor and ma are great, it's nice to know that i'm just not another number. Thanks!!!
