I began the program three days ago and feel great. Actually, I felt great the first day. The following day I was not sore and seemed to have more energy than in the last three years. The following day they had me working faster on the machines to get my heart rate up. It felt good after I finished. A little tired, but after a shower at home, I was ready to go again. They have great staff who work with you all the way through the program, showing you how to use each machine correctly and the recovery steps, too. They are doing a great job. Thank you, Curves Staff.
