Don't trust this business. Ordered carpet for 3 rooms. Gentleman came in and measured for 3 rooms. When the installers on 2/25/2015 they only had carpet for 2 rooms. Called Janel and asked what was going on. Her excuse was that they had miscalculated the yardage. That she would order the required carpet for the 3rd room at zero cost. An additional $635 charged to our account without our approval. The worst manager that can't even respond to our emails to get this situation rectified. Benjamin Espinoza
