Provided by YP.comWe recently purchased tires and wheels for two new cars from this business. The wheels and snow tires had to be special ordered, and the sales staff were great to work with. When the new wheels and tires arrived, we had them mounted on the first car in the morning. This went wonderfully; the old set of wheels with snow tires were put into clean bags, and loaded into the back of the car laying flat. When the second car was done that evening, however, the old set of wheels with snow tires were put into the car—un-bagged—with two of them standing upright (on the tread pattern of the tire). Because they were not placed in bags, they got the back of the brand new car dirty and greasy. Additionally, the hatch door of the car was apparently shut against one of the tires that had been haphazardly placed in the back, so that the tread of the tire scratched the window tint on the inside of the back hatch door window. Finally, the adaptor socket for the tuner lug nuts was not left in the car as we were verbally assured it was. I returned to the store the next day to retrieve it and spoke briefly with a sales associate about the service issues we experienced the night before.
I did receive a follow up call from my sales representative and reported the unacceptable post installation issues. He said he would call me back. That was a month ago.
